Classes at Hopewell.

  • Raku and Pottery.

    Our Raku days are led by professional potter Gordon Broadhurst. Gordon has over 45 years experience in the field of ceramics and 3d design in further and higher education. Studio 2 is used in the glazing process before we head to the dedicated outdoor kiln site for firing and reduction.

  • Art, Craft and Wellbeing.

    Hopewell Studios offers an ongoing programme of creative courses, covering many medias. The courses are planned to enrich the participants both with tangible skills and experience, as well as a social interaction with like minded people. It is important to us that all the courses are mindfully delivered; we only offer first class experience.

  • Dance.

    Bluebirds Dance School, hosted at Hopewell Studios offers weekly classes in multiple disciplines for one to one tuition, festival competitions, IDTA examinations or just for the love of dance. Dance teacher Shanna Blakeman, trained at Performers Dance College, before working professionally as a dancer for 10 years, performing in theatres and on television in Europe.

  • Floristry.

    Our tutors are highly experienced in many different areas of floristry, from everyday flowers for the home to wedding and events, floral design and installations. Our workshops always use the highest quality of flowers and showcase the best of what the season has to offer.
